History
Darin Smith grew up in western Wyoming and is a world class leader and attorney. He attended the University of Wyoming, where he wrestled and earned his Bachelor of Science and Juris Doctor degrees.
Darin is an active member and volunteer of the community and state. The joke amongst his family and friends is that he is the Cubmaster and Chilren’s Pastor. He has volunteered in these capacities and many others throughout his nearly two decades in Cheyenne. Darin is civically minded and has been a member of the Frontier Lions Club since he has been in Cheyenne.
Darin has a passion for defending and protecting his clients. His legal practice is focused in several areas including protecting families through estate planning and asset protection. He also has extensive experience in real estate law and optimal business formation.

Darin Smith
Darin has been practicing law since 2000 and has a broad and unique skill set that allows him to tenaciously represent his clients. Darin has handled everything from simple custody disputes to suing an international oil corporation. On top of practicing law for the last 18 years, he built and sold a successful financial and estate planning business and spent more than a decade working as an executive with an international non-profit organization dedicated to advancing the cause of the less fortunate and contending for hearts and minds with the truth of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. His extensive travel and work overseas, gives him perspective and a great appreciation for the American legal system and our duty to preserve the God given rights granted every American citizen by the United States Constitution.
